Officials,
1. Note that Myself, Ryne Daley, Marck Stanczyk, Paul Deinlein, and Steve Hood all have administrators logins to arbiter. Therefore you may receive association updates from any of us. Ryne frequently needs assistance up north so if you can help please repsond to him when he seeks assistance. A few of you newer officials were unaware that his emails for assistance were from the ILOA and not solicitations from other associations. I appreciate you guys checking and being sure you were following protocol.
2. I’ve posted Indy area assignments through Friday April 24. HOWEVER please keep your availability updated. There will be additions, reschedules, turnbacks, etc. Plus there are a few tournaments planned for weekends in April where teams have not yet sent me their schedules.
3. I will be frequently sending notices for last second alerts for officials needed on twitter. @IndianaLOA If you’re available please text me at 317 797-7084. If you do not have twiiter please sign up for it. I cannot always send out emails at the last second.
4. Weather will be an issue all season. Get in touch with coaches and partner(s) 3-4 days before your scheduled game to exchange contact info. In case things change direct contact will be the most efficient way of getting updates.
