Officials,
Literally seconds after I noified each of you about the tournament this coming weekend I was informed of another tournament November 15 and 16 also at Grand Park (I think we should get used to lots of events being there!) Please have your avvailability updated if interested.
The rest of this is strictly for those of you working the tournament this weekend.
1. A few of you still have not accepted, please login and do so. I realize you may have just gotten the notification email.
2. Games are 25 minute running halves. Pay is $40 for MS and $45 for HS. Please keep track of games you work so you can be properly paid.
3. Games are on the turf fields by lots C and D

4. Please know that you do not have to work every game on the field and with the partner you’ve been assigned. It’s merely a guideline to ensure you will be there at the correct times and that we have proper coverage. For instance I have Henry and Jeff are assigned together but that’s mainly for carpooling purposes. I would like you two to work with some Indy officials.
5. It’s possible there will be some last minute changes, there always are. Be prepared to be flexible5
6. Here are the "shifts"
– Saturday morning: Breslin, Hottle, Overmyer, Levine, Carter, Crediford, Swain, M. Deinlein, T. Gunderman, Hood, B. Spoonmore, Calvert
– Saturday afternoon: Deery-Schmitt, Penney, Quirke, D’Ambra, B. Johnson, Breedlove, Crumbo, Purvis, Beattie, Niederberger, P. Deinlein, S. Gunderman
– Sunday morning: Worley, Boughton, Hood, Spoonmore, S. Gunderman, Hottle, Breslin, P. Deinlein, Swain, Overmyer
– Sunday afternoon: Levine, Quirke, Niederberger, B. Johnson, Bulley, Crumbo, D’Ambra, Beattie, Purvis, Crediford
7. The company is run by US Lax and the director is Alan Maxwell. I don’t know if they’ll pay on site or by invoice.
8. They’ll be using NFHS rules.
