Indy Area Assignments

Indy Area Officials,

I just posted assignments through May 1. I will not post any May assignments for a few weeks.

1. Remember that you only have five days to accept or decline! If you do not the system automatically unassigns you and marks you as unavailable. Please do not leave it in limbo!

2. Check your spam inbox. I fear some of these emails are going to spam. Please indicate that emails from arbiter are safe.

3. Please follow us on twitter at @indianaLOA Again I fear some of these emails are not getting through and announcements are tweeted.

4. Please check your address and other settings. For reasons I haven’t figured out a handful of guys are showing as being from places in California, Michigan, and Canada. This obviously effects travel limits. Which leads to…..

5. Check travel limits and other blocks you have made.

6. Note that I have not assigned the weekend of April 25 and 26. Carmel 7/8 is hosting a tournament that weekend and it’ll be all hands on deck. There are many other games that weekend as well. I’m waiting until I get the tournament schedule (I will not however wait too long and if no one is available it’ll be their problem).

7. I need volunteers to go to Bloomington (those who have other business there get first priority) on the following dates:

March 28

April 10

April 11

April 17

April 25

April 29

8. I need volunteers to go to Columbus (those who have other business there get first priority) on the following dates:

April 10

April 14

April 22

April 25

April 28

May 1

9. Make sure you confirm all assignments with coaches. We had some times changed this weekend which were only discovered by the Referee following protocol.

Enjoy this very special Pi Day Saturday. 3/14 comes every year, but 3/14/15 is a once in a lifetime date!
