Officials,
1. At this time some teams have notified me about scrimmages.
2. This is an annual certification requirement. However in recent years we’ve had more officials than slots available.
3. It’s more important that new, newer, and officials who didn’t work much in the off season work these.
4. At this time I’ve assigned a few slots to officials who did not have much off season work.
5. That being said we need veterans out there to lead the charge so to speak so please let me know which one(s) you would like to work so you can serve as a mentor.
6. If you worked a lot during the off season I’m fine with you passing on the scrimmage so guys who did not can get back in the swing of things. If in doubt if you fall under this criteria please let me know.
7. Please remember that scrimmages are NOT paid.
8. If you have not been assigned, but need/want to work or mentor a scrimmage here is the list of available ones. Please let me know which one(s) you intend to work.
