Request Officials – Indiana Lacrosse Officials Association

Use the form below to request the services of ILOA officials for non-IHSLA or non-IYLA lacrosse events, such as local and regional tournaments, non league games, etc.

Note: The ILOA provides officials for boys’/men’s lacrosse contests ONLY. If you are seeking officials for girls’/women’s lacrosse, please visit the Indiana High School Women’s Lacrosse Association website (http://www.ihswla.com/).

Deposits – During the regular season we are committed foremost to meeting the needs of the Indiana High School Lacrosse Association and the Indiana Youth Lacrosse Association, with whom we have close, lengthy relationships. We do not turn away non-league organizations, but we are mindful of days with very high numbers of games and our limited number of officials to work them. Due to past issues with late cancellations by non-league teams — where assigned officials have lost opportunities to work on other games with vacancies — we may require deposits from non-league organizations to reserve an officiating crew.

Note: A minimum of 30 (thirty) days’ notice is recommended for submitting a request for officials. Any requests received with less than 30 days’ notice may not be covered. Submitting this request does not guarantee that the ILOA will provide officials. You will be notified as soon as possible if there are any problems fulfilling this request.
